BARDA and its members have obtained start-up support and technical assistance provided by United Nation Development Programme, International Labour Organisation, EEC, GOPA - Programme of German Government, EU PHARE Programme.

BARDA cooperates with ministries, state agencies, foreign donors, other public and private organizations on the design and implementation of the regional development policy, SME support and economy restructuring.
